We are so excited to share this fine dining experience with you again.
1st- Smoky Maytag cheese stuffed Medjoul date on a bed of fresh greens and a pomegranate citrus dressing.
2nd-Brown Butter Carrots, Braised Boneless Beef Short Ribs, Whipped Whiskey Potatoes with a pan sauce (photo above)
3rd- Coconut Sweet Curry Mousse
Each course is served with a wine selected by the wine maker.
