March Three Course Food & Wine Pairing
This Irish themed three course pairing is thoughtfully prepared by our magnificent Prairie State chefs.
Each course is paired with one of our award winning wines and will be hand selected by the winemaker.
1st- Sauteed Cabbage and onions with carrots and roasted potatoes with a Guinness balsamic glaze.
2nd- Braised Corned Beef with a Maple Mustard sauce
3rd- Guinness Chocolate Cake with a Cream Cheese Frosting
